Landfill Degradable

Anaerobic Landfill Degradation Material The addition of Biodegradable PE to the plastic enhances the hydrophilicity of the polymer chain, which causes microbes to consume the polymer at a much higher rate.

PLA

Fully Biodegradable Material PLA is a vegetable-based plastic material made from sugar in plants, such as corn starch, cassava or sugarcane. PLA is a great petroleum-based plastics substitute as it is produced from renewable resources and fully biodegradable.

Recycled LDPE

Zero Waste RECYCLED LDPE (Low-density Polyethylene) is one of the most widely used materials for packaging, which also makes it one of the most commonly found types of litter. Recycling LDPE helps to protect the environment and saves valuable resources. Recycled LDPE is just as good as virgin LDPE.

Lamination Polybag

Composite material According to the performance and appearance requirements of the product, materials such as BOPP/PET can be combined with PE/CPP, etc., and the film for bag making can be made after compounding/curing.

Zipper Polybag

Category of Zipper Polybag:
1. Zipper Polybag
2. Zipper Lock Polybag
3. Double Gusset Zipper Polybag

Material Option 1: CPE film is a polyethylene film processed by casting method , generally using LDPE resin.

Material Option 2: Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by the polymerisation of petroleum derivative ethylene. According to the polymerisation method, molecule weight and chain structure, it is divided into high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). The LDPE and LLDPE are mixed in a certain proportion and the PE film is obtained through the process of air cooling.
