Adding fibers into plastic button will reduce plastic quantity. Reclaimed cotton comes from rags in clothes manufacturing process, and noil in spinning process. Reused reclaimed cotton to produce buttons is reducing the post-industrial waste in landfill. 

ECO Corozo Button

Re-use Leftover Material
Pursue sustainability with our recycled corozo buttons that make use of the leftovers from virgin corozo button production. Our eco corozo button is made by mixing the remainder with resin to produce a pretty range of buttons in natural hues.

Low carbon Button

Reduce Styrene exposure The Harm of Styrene: 1. Health hazard:  It has stimulation and anesthetic effect for the eyes and upper respiratory tract mucosa 2. Environmental hazards: It has serious harm to the environment, including water, soil and air pollution. Styrene exposure level of low carbon button is 100 ppm or less while conventional plastic button is 500 ppm or above.

Coffee Ground Button

Reduce Material Usage & Saving Waste
Coffee powder is mostly ended up as waste (coffee grounds) dumped to the garbage bin after being used for making coffee.  Coffee ground button is actually the recycling of coffee grounds to become as part of the raw material for buttons.

This helps reduce the amount of the virgin resin originally needed and also helps saving waste from being dumped to the landfill.
