our sustainable solutions

Over the past 20 years, Compass has made great efforts in environmental protection materials and processes, providing customers with a comprehensive set of solutions, covering yarn, plastic and paper. The entire environmental protection products can be systematically divided into: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replace. We make clothing hang tags from recycled materials, turn discarded fabrics into bags and labels, and explore recyclable and biodegradable plastics to make a finished product sustainable inside and out. Put forward Eco Solutions in: Plastic, Paper, Textile while nurturing the community for a sustainable future together with our partners.

Recycled / Recyclable

Post-industrial waste of
polystyrene (Styrofoam) is
collected

Mix recycled resins with
Conventional PS

Recycled PS (Collar Stay,
Butterfly, Clip, Collar band)

Polystyrene is a rigid, glassy thermoplastic that is derived from petroleum.

50,000 pcs recycled PS clip save approx. 20,000 pcs conventional material.

APET leftover flake
(postindustrial waste)
from APET production
process is collected

Flake is melted and formed
into RPET pellet

Mix with virgin pellets

RPET pellets formed into
plastic sheets

RPET collar band

PET is a plastic resin and the most commonly used plastic material.

PET is fully recyclable, every time a PET container is recycled, its petroleum feedstocks can be recaptured and reused.

Collect leftover
material

Tear to shreds

Flakiness

Recycled TPU products exhibit outstanding tensile strength, toughness, flexibility and resistance to oil/ grease/ solvents/ chemicals/ abrasion, which are by no means inferior to products made from virgin TPU.

Such characteristics make recycled TPU one of the most popular recycled materials in the industry.

Post-industrial waste of
polyethylene is collected

Turn it into small pieces
and form them into pellets

Recycled LDPE polybag

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic made from petroleum. It has less mass than HDPE, that is why it’s considered a separate material for recycling.

Every recycling 2.5 pcs. of LDPE polybag, 1 pc. of poly bag is saved from being dumped as waste to the landfill.

Recycled PP stickers have been absent in the market. To enhance & promote eco-friendly concepts and sustainable development to the next level, we have upgraded the PP stickers with 30% recycled PP material.

Do not require specific ink

Same performance as conventional PP stickers
