Adopting certified organic cotton and GRS certified recycled polyester as raw material, the Organic Zero yarn is a new eco-friendly yarn that creates a sense of harmony with nature through a greener and more energy-efficient production way.
The Organic Zero yarn promotes energy conservation and environmental protection by using the dope-dyed recycled polyester that makes dyeing unnecessary in the later processes and subsequently the discharge of effluent and emissions and energy consumption are reduced. During the spinning process, we combine the no-dye organic cotton and dope-dyed recycled polyester to build a rich color spectrum depending on the fiber color itself without additional dyeing, further ensuring the green environmental attributes of this yarn.

Organic cotton is one of the most popular because it is much more environment friendly. Conventional cotton is the second most pesticide laden crop in the world after coffee. It is estimated that approximately 1/3 pound of chemicals are needed to grow sufficient cotton that can produce 1 t-shirt. Conventional cotton is treated with a variety of chemicals as it goes through the process from plant to fabric and residues remain even after washing. In comparison, organic production systems can replenish and maintain soil fertility, thereby improving the quality of soli, build biologically diverse agriculture, support healthy ecosystems and often use less water.
