Our cotton linen tapes are comfortable, quick dry and antibacterial, which can be produced to match a range of designs across lightweight to heavyweight thicknesses and patterns.
E-Leather
Reduce using Toxic Chemical
Leather always has a place in the apparel industry, in terms of sustainable development strategy, we have launched an environmentally friendly synthetic leather with better performance. 100% zero-solvent polyurethane and base fabric are used as the raw materials, with zero solvent, zero emission, and zero odor, zero wastewater, gas or residue is produced during the production process. Last but not least, the physical and chemical properties of the finished product are better than traditional leather.
Organic Zero Yarn
Reduce Water Waste
Adopting certified organic cotton and GRS certified recycled polyester as raw material, the Organic Zero yarn is a new eco-friendly yarn that creates a sense of harmony with nature through a greener and more energy-efficient production way.
The Organic Zero yarn promotes energy conservation and environmental protection by using the dope-dyed recycled polyester that makes dyeing unnecessary in the later processes and subsequently the discharge of effluent and emissions and energy consumption are reduced. During the spinning process, we combine the no-dye organic cotton and dope-dyed recycled polyester to build a rich color spectrum depending on the fiber color itself without additional dyeing, further ensuring the green environmental attributes of this yarn.
Organic Cotton Yarn
Reduce Using Toxic Chemical
Organic cotton is one of the most popular because it is much more environment friendly. Conventional cotton is the second most pesticide laden crop in the world after coffee. It is estimated that approximately 1/3 pound of chemicals are needed to grow sufficient cotton that can produce 1 t-shirt. Conventional cotton is treated with a variety of chemicals as it goes through the process from plant to fabric and residues remain even after washing. In comparison, organic production systems can replenish and maintain soil fertility, thereby improving the quality of soli, build biologically diverse agriculture, support healthy ecosystems and often use less water.
Green Peach Skin Yarn
Post Consumer Waste (PCW)
We strive to continously looking for sustainable solutions in our yarn offerings. Adopting polyester and nylon fibers upcycled from discarded PET bottles and fishing nets respectively, it can help to minimize both land and marine wastes, giving this cotton polyester nylon blend with unique visual effect an eco-upgrade, putting up steps forward to achieve our low carbon targets.
Total Recycled Yarn
Post Industrial Waste (PIW)
Total Recycled Yarn, made from a mixture of recycled cotton and GRS certified recycled polyester, is an up-and-coming and truly unique sustainable product. On top of giving new life to materials that would otherwise be waste, the manufacturing process of Total Recycled Yarn is also incredibly environmentally friendly as water, chemical and energy usage can be significantly reduced.
Green Bio Yarn
Post Industrial Waste (PIW)
Green Bio Heather Yarn is produced by reusing the leftover fiber and the recovered materials from the spinning process with polyester from recycling the plastic bottles. In this way, we transforms the waste into value-added, Eco-friendly yarns. Through such devotion to reduce, reuse and recycle resources, carbon emission can be greatly reduced across the whole supply chain.
Loopie Yarn
Post Industrial Waste (PIW)
Solving the fashion industry's long-standing problems of waste and resource depletion requires us to act now. In an industry with abundant material on its way to landfill, a clear next step is to reuse what we already have to re-engineer previously overlooked materials into something of value to create a truly, circular, restorative system. Loopie is innovative solution to move towards circularity by creating new products using materials that are underused within the textile and apparel manufacturing process.
